The block is in North Bundaberg, close to the river. Is that a reason not to buy?
Not by itself. Put the unit on the highest firm ground, up on bearers, and keep a path clear so a truck can come back and pick it up if the river is forecast to rise. Do not store the things you cannot afford to lose at floor level. Steel does not stop a river, and an empty box can float.
Can you place one behind a house in Walkervale or Avenell Heights?
